Kuih goyang
A crispy Malaysian snack that looks like a flower. This recipe requires a kuih goyang mould.

Ingredients
- 150 g — Rice flour
- 50 g — Tapioca flour
- 50 g — All-purpose flour
- 275 ml — Water
- 1 tbsp — Kapur sirih water (only water not mixed)
- 2 piece — Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp — Neutral oil
- 1,5 tsp — Salt
- 100 g — Sugar
- 0,5 tsp — Vanilla essence

Combine the rice flour, tapioca flour, all-purpose flour, salt and sugar

Measure the water and kapur sirih water in a separate bowl

Mix the egg yolks and oil in a separate bowl

Combine the dry ingredients with the water mix

Add the egg yolk mixture and vanilla essence to the rest

Fry using a kuih goyang mould at 175-180 degrees

Don't forget to whisk the mixture in between frying and remove excess oil from the mould before dipping the mould in the mixture. Also make sure to not overflow the mould.

Store the kuih goyang in an airtight container
